Serenity Care Services Inc. is a home care company built on a simple belief: every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect.

Can you also provide care in a hospital or retirement home, or just at home?

Absolutely. We often support families who need a little extra help in hospitals or retirement homes. While staff at these places do their best, sometimes a little more personalized attention makes all the difference — and that's what we're here for.

How do I qualify for the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) home care program in Alberta?

To qualify for the CDHCI program, you must first receive a home care assessment through Alberta Health Services (AHS). If you live in Medicine Hat, simply contact Medicine Hat Home Care and request an assessment. During the assessment, ask whether you may qualify for the CDHCI program under Alberta Blue Cross. AHS will review your care needs, confirm eligibility, and determine the number of hours you can receive through the program.
